Privacy policy
This policy describes which data arises when you use anikaluna.com — limited to services that are actually embedded or linked. No tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are used.

2. Hosting
The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. When pages are requested, the host processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) to ensure operation, security and delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).
3. Visiting the website
When you visit, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and image files are loaded from this server. There is no contact backend and no newsletter/CRM system on this website.
4. Google Fonts
For typography (La Belle Aurore, Libre Caslon Text, Outfit), fonts are loaded from Google Fonts via fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google may process your IP address and other technical browser data. Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Further information: Google Privacy Policy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent, performant typography).
5. Contact by email / mailto form
On the contact page you can use a form that opens your local mail app and prepares an email to contact@anikaluna.com (name and message in subject/body). The message is not sent via a server of this website. Your entered content is processed only when you actually send the email — then via your email provider to me. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (handling enquiries / legitimate interest in communication).
6. Calendly (booking)
Booking buttons link to Calendly (calendly.com) — no Calendly widget or iframe is embedded on this website. If you follow the link and book an appointment, Calendly’s privacy terms apply to data collected there (e.g. name, email, booking preferences). Legal basis for the redirect: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
7. Instagram and Telegram
This website contains links to Instagram and Telegram. When you click, you leave this website; the privacy rules of the respective platform apply. No social plugins or embedded feeds are active.

8. Cookies and tracking
As of the current code, this website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies (no Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Meta Pixel). There is no cookie banner because no non-essential tracking technologies are embedded. External services (Google Fonts, Calendly, social platforms) may set their own cookies once you visit their domains.
9. Retention
Server logs at the host are deleted or anonymised according to their policies. I keep email enquiries and booking data only as long as needed for handling, legal obligations or legitimate interests (e.g. evidence).
10. Your rights (GDPR)
Where legal requirements are met, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Spain, among others the AEPD; depending on residence, another EU authority).
